is built on a very old property from the XIIIth century. The remains are buried there with the wines ... After having crossed the wine cellar created in 1978 very cleverly by André Fourrier (taking into account the gravity), you will discover under the earth immense galleries where the wines are stored in bottles. And, at the bottom of one of them, the troglodyte dwelling entirely preserved with its bread oven (used regularly during the Open Doors), its square dovecote dug in "the tuff" and its chimney where the customers affix by making a wish a coin on their first visit. What some have managed to preserve, others have built.
