Harvest and vinificationVines over 50 years old. Picked up slightly overripe. After a long maceration (22-24 days) in temperature-controlled vats, the free-run and press juices are separated before a rough filtration in spring. Aging in a slightly reduced environment allows freshness to be preserved by favoring a slow evolution.

Dress : Ruby red, intense, with "cherry brandy" reflections.
Nose : Intense, powerful and rich, a gourmet side and a toasty note characterize this cuvée.
