    Vines over 50 years old. Pickup in slightly overripe. After a long maceration (22-24 days) in temperature-controlled vats, the juices from the press are separated before a rough filtration in the spring. Aging in a slightly reduced environment keeps the freshness by promoting a slow evolution.

    Dress : Ruby red, intense, with "cherry brandy" reflections.

    Nose : Intense, powerful and rich, a gourmet side and a toasty note characterize this cuvée.
