Terms and Conditions

Article 1: scope

All our online sales, whether they are made with a professional or a non-professional are subject to the following general conditions of sale, unless expressly agreed otherwise by contractual provisions between the parties, and this regardless of the clauses that may appear on the documents of the 'Buyer.

Article 2: order

A minimum of 12 bottles purchased or 2 boxes of 6 bottles is required to validate the order (whatever the mode of transport).

The contract is deemed concluded, upon online validation of the order form.

The order is sent upon receipt of payment by the seller and indication of the precise delivery coordinates.
The seller is entitled to make the buyer bear the additional cost caused by the indication of an incorrect address up to 10 euros (mention to be made if the domain bears the shipping costs).

Article 3: offer

Our offers are valid while stocks last. In the event of a shortage of stock, the seller may modify the order by the following vintage or by an equivalent wine with the customer's agreement.

Article 4: price

The applicable prices are those appearing on the online prices. They are understood to be ex-cellar, transport is the responsibility of the buyer, unless contractual provisions to the contrary.

The wines are payable in full when ordering. + Add the payment terms here (credit card, check, secure payment)

Article 5: delivery

Delivery price if not carriage paid
Delivery times to be indicated (maximum one month) + mention "any delay in the delivery times can give rise neither to cancellation of the order nor to damages".

The customer is required to check the packages upon receipt and to notify the carrier of their reservations on the delivery slip or at the latest within three days of receipt of the defective package by registered letter and to the seller. Wines damaged during transport will be exchanged at the exclusive charge of the seller within 30 days of the return of the defective package.

Article 6: withdrawal periods

The non-professional buyer has a period of 14 clear days from receipt of his order to return the wine delivered for exchange or refund, at the buyer's choice.
The buyer must indicate this choice by attached letter.

Return costs will be borne by the buyer. The refund will be made within 14 days of the return of the goods on the price of the wines, excluding the initial shipping costs.

Article 7: guarantees

The seller is bound, in accordance with the law, to guarantee against hidden defects in the item up to two months after delivery. Beyond that, the seller will no longer be able to guarantee the quality of the wine, not being able to verify the means of storage and conservation put in place by the buyer, except to prove that the deterioration is prior to the sale.

Article 8: jurisdiction clause

Any dispute relating to the sale will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Grande Instance of the place of domicile of the seller, including in summary proceedings.
French law applies to all our sales.
